| As the second oldest concert hall in the City, this 1892 Greek Revival structure has been restored and expanded
to provide 700 seats for a variety of music, dance and theater performances.
The first phase of construction involved stabilizing the building, repairing
bricks and windows, and removing decorative elements for storage. The second
phase returned the balcony to use, added restrooms, and restored the entrance
portico. The third phase, when completed, will involve either restoring the
decorative details of the interior or expanding the backstage areas. City-Owned
Institution.
